Hello! My name is Nicole Chavanne and I am a 4th grade special education teacher in an inclusive, co-taught classroom. I have been teaching in the Baldwinsville School District for three years. Previous to Baldwinsville, I have taught special education in Buffalo and Liverpool, NY. I teach because I love helping students become the best versions of themselves. I love to see their growth and to watch them do things they never knew they could. I signed up to take the professional development class because I want to have all of the tools I can to best reach my students. We have seen a lot of changes in the world of education over the last two years, and I want to stay current in my practice. I hope to add more tools to help my students with IEPs gain access to the grade level curriculum. Currently, my favorite tech tool is Google Classroom.
